The main ingredient in shots fired is the Carolina Reaper chilli- the hottest in the world. The carefully balanced recipe means the sauce celebrates the taste of the chilli without being overwhelmingly hot.

It has a unique blend of flavours from the West indies and Mexico. It’s a moreish sauce that was originally made to be the perfect brunch companion but has since become known for being good on everything.
